Digital Portrait Commissions

I can email digital commissions in formats PDF or JPG.

A portrait can take anywhere between six and twenty plus hours to complete, so please contact me for a lead time, which is dependant on how many commissions I have on order. Contact@AmandaNX.com

Please provide the best quality copyright free picture you can, and multiple pictures of the subject where possible, as this greatly effects the final result, the more detail I can see the more detail will be in your finished product.

Set prices

(Updated and correct as of 12/06/23):


Digital file, black and white study of one person/pet:

£80 plus £25 for each additional person/pet (up to five subjects).


Digital file, colour study of one person/pet:

£90 plus £25 for each additional person/pet (up to five subjects).


Printed artwork prices are plus postage/packing of £8 (but include costs of materials), however you are very welcome to collect if local to me (Telford/Shropshire UK). Artwork is all original, supplied unframed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. 


I do not charge a fee to send over digital PDF or JPG files via email, all digital files are drawn in A3 size but you can print them in a smaller size if you wish by adjusting your printer settings.


I can arrange to print and post your commission for an additional charge.

Terms and Conditions

A 20% deposit is required before starting a commission, this covers some of my time, materials and wear and tear. A protected copy of the completed artwork is sent over email/social media DM for your approval, I then request the final balance before posting / sending the file. Digital files and artwork are for personal use only and copyright is retained by Amanda NX, if you wish to use one of my artworks for commercial use or redistribution please contact me upfront to discuss fees/contracts.


Postage and Reassurance:

I send all items using Royal Mail 'next day guaranteed delivery' which requires a signature upon receipt. All artwork is placed inside protective wrap to protect against moisture, placed inside a sturdy carboard postage tube, the ends have stoppers which I double seal with packing tape. Cost of postage and packing is £8, I will provide you with a tracking number, and keep you informed by text/email/DM as Royal Mail update their website on your parcels progress.

I only send signed for guaranteed delivery because this covers the cost of items sent, so in the unlikely event royal mail should fail to deliver, or damage your item I can make a claim 10 days after the expected delivery date (dependant on the recipient providing photographic proof of the damage) I would then refund or offer to reproduce the item. You are welcome to collect if local to me. (Telford, Shropshire).

Please note that prints are not waterproof, as with any artwork it is suggested that prints be framed behind glass, and kept out of direct sunlight. Please note that colours may appear slightly different due to screen / monitor settings. 

For alternative subjects, over-seas delivery, framed items, more than five subjects or over A3 in size please ask for a bespoke commission and postage quote.
